Ayllu: Starting the Year Loud, Lush and Utterly Unbothered…
Paddington’s most seductive Nikkei hideaway is back, and January has officially been put on notice. Ayllu—the cult-favourite Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant—is unleashing a month of flavour-fuelled escapism, live rhythms and dangerously good-value indulgence for London’s chronically hungry.
Consider this your invitation to eat gloriously and forget the concept of “dry January.”
What’s Cooking?
Five Dishes. £24. Zero Regrets.
2nd–18th January
Five knockout dishes. One criminally good price. From the 2nd to the 18th of January, Ayllu’s signature five-dish menu (£24) is available every day until 9pm (excluding brunch), because good taste shouldn’t be rationed. Think pristine sushi rolls, punchy ceviche, and mains that flirt shamelessly with umami. Perfect for midweek flexing, low-effort luxury dinners, or dates that deserve better than small talk.
Live Music Dinner Experience
Every Friday & Saturday evening
As the lights dim and the cocktails hit, Ayllu turns up the romance. Every Friday and Saturday, live Spanish guitar weaves through the room—warm, soulful, intoxicating—soundtracking your Nikkei feast with rhythm and finesse. It’s dinner, but make it cinematic.
Samba Bottomless Brunch
Saturday & Sunday
Brunch, but on absolute demon time. Every Saturday (11am–4pm) and Sunday (12pm–4pm), Ayllu’s Samba Bottomless Brunch explodes into life: limitless Japanese-Peruvian plates (£37pp), flowing drinks (£18pp extra), DJ-driven energy and live Samba performers bringing carnival chaos straight to Paddington Basin. This isn’t brunch. It’s a full-body experience.
